What surface treatments do you offer?
With us, you can choose from three finishing options:
powder-coated anthracite, hot-dip galvanised, and untreated or Corten steel.

Coating processes in detail
Powder coating anthracite
An elegant classic: The anthracite powder coating impresses visually with a fine mica sheen and offers very high corrosion protection. In the powder coating process, the
material is sandblasted, zinc-phosphated, and then finished with the anthracite color (so-called duplex system). Powder coating is suitable for all models.
Hot-dip galvanising
Impresses with its timeless, matte silver look: Hot-dip galvanising offers a very high level of protection against weathering and environmental influences. Your ELEO garden product is immersed in liquid zinc. This creates an alloy layer of iron and zinc that provides long-lasting protection.
Untreated (pig iron / rust)
For a romantic look: Your untreated ELEO garden product comes without a coating – it's the raw version. Over time, the metal will develop a patina of rust, which has an antique charm. This does not affect the stability of your product.
Corten steel
Weatherproof structural steel: Corten steel is characterized by its efficient weather resistance. When exposed to the elements, the steel forms a special protective layer beneath the actual rust layer. This protects the surface from further corrosion.
Visually, Corten steel impresses with its elegant patina and distinctive rust appearance. Because this patina is constantly changing, the look is unique and varies in different color nuances from brownish to golden.
Powder-coated special color
Choose your favorite from four special colors for powder coating in the duplex system. The available colors are Cream White (RAL 9001),
Fir Green (RAL 6009), Jet Black (RAL 9005) or Chocolate Brown (RAL 8017).
